Discern
If it has not happened yet, we will say so and point you there.
Before anything is built, the organization decides what matters, who is affected, and what it is willing to be accountable for. That work happens at Cuore Inc.

The question
The question comes first. Then we build what it asks for.
New to Cuore? The discernment work begins at cuoreinc.com.
01 What stays human
Cuore Tech Services is the build arm of Cuore Inc. Once an organization has done the work of discernment, someone has to make the systems real. We design, build, and support the tools, workflows, and automation that carry the decision into daily work, and we teach your people to run them.
Before anything is built, the organization decides what matters, who is affected, and what it is willing to be accountable for. That work happens at Cuore Inc. If it has not happened yet, we will say so and point you there.

What the organization decides
What matters, who is affected, and what it is willing to be accountable for.
What gets built
Sized to your organization and bounded by what you have decided a machine may and may not do.
02 Who this is for
We build for values-aligned leaders, organizations, and small businesses who have decided what they stand for and want their systems to match.
Leaders who want AI in the building without handing the building to AI.
03 How we work
The order matters, and it is the same order Cuore Inc follows. We do not start with a system.

02
We build to the boundaries the discernment set. Small first. Tested with the people who will use it. Documented as we go.
03
Systems drift. People change roles. We stay available to keep what was built working.
04 What we build
Figure Two
One
Most organizations we meet do not need more software. They need the software they have to talk to itself, and a few careful places where a machine can take the repetitive work off a human desk.
We build operating systems for small teams: the agents, workflows, and integrations that connect your mail, calendar, documents, finances, and meeting notes into one working picture. Cuore runs on a system built this way. We build the same for you, sized to your organization and bounded by what you have decided a machine may and may not do.
You receive
01
A written map of what will be automated, what will not, and who is accountable for each piece
02
The system itself, built on tools you own, with the keys in your hands
03
Documentation a successor can read
04
A support arrangement so it keeps working after we leave the room
This is for
01
Organizations that have finished a discernment process and are ready to act on it
02
Small teams doing weekly work by hand that a well-bounded system could carry
Two
Sometimes the right move is not a build. It is a clear-eyed answer to a technical question.
We advise on tool selection, vendor conversations, data handling, and what a proposal will actually cost to run. We train staff, boards, and individuals to use these tools well and to know when not to. We teach in plain language, in your setting, at the pace your people can absorb.
You receive
01
Independent technical guidance, in writing, with the reasoning shown
02
Training sessions designed for your staff, your board, or your community, in person or online
This is for
01
Organizations weighing a technology decision without a technical person in the room
02
Staff and leaders who want to use generative AI in their work without guessing at the risks
03
Individuals in ministry, nonprofit, and small business settings who want to learn this well
05 Who we are
Gregory Simpson
Co-founder and President
I have served congregations in New York. Before that, I was a chemist. In between, I helped start an artificial intelligence company and chaired its board.
Inside that company I saw how these rooms work, and how rarely anyone in them is asking who might be harmed. The communities most affected by these decisions are almost never present when they get made. That absence is the thing I work on. So the question comes before the tool. What matters here, who is affected, and what are we willing to be accountable for. Only then do we build. Cuore Tech Services is where the building happens.
What I bring
01
Co-founder and former board chair of an artificial intelligence analytics company
02
A doctorate in organic chemistry, and thirty years in STEM education
03
Systems built and running for Cuore's own operations
Cuore's founders hold fiduciary and executive roles in mission-driven institutions. Those roles are disclosed in writing at the outset of every engagement.
06 A practical beginning
The first conversation is a conversation. No pitch.
Start here if
01
You have a system that is not carrying the work
02
You have a decision you need a technical answer to
03
You have a team that needs to learn these tools well
